About my little place
It’s in Wells-next-the-Sea, on the north-Norfolk coast.
On Staithe Street. Opposite the Bakery and Molly’s. Next to Booksale.
Used to be a Fishmonger’s.
I opened the door in October 2008.
The idea is built around cured meats and other treats. The place is quite small.
However, it manages to combine: shop, kitchen, mini-butchery department, fermentation chamber, drying-cave, bottle & randomness museum and library.
Sorry, I don’t do a mail order service. Come, take a stroll.
The place is open every day from about 10. A little later on Sunday.
